What to bring

Towels, a peştamal and slippers are provided at Essens, so you do not need to pack a large bag. Share personal comfort preferences when booking and discuss any health-related requirements directly with the team.

How the ritual unfolds

The exfoliation, foam and mask stages included in your chosen programme are carried out in sequence. The hammam is reserved for your party during the scrub and foam. Programmes differ, so check the included treatment list before booking.

Leave time at the end

Finish your visit with Turkish tea or coffee in the relaxation room. Keeping some space in the rest of your day lets you enjoy the pause without rushing. Confirm your preferred date and time via WhatsApp before arriving.
